✧ Children 2 years to under 6 years old: 5mL or 1 tsp, up to 6 times per day (every 4 hours)

✧ Children 6 years to under 12 years old: 10mL or 2 tsp, up to 6 times per day (every 4 hours)

✧ Adults & Children 12 years and above: 15mL or 3 tsp, up to 6 times per day (every 4 hours)
