Ingredients:  White Pepper, Angelica Sinensis Radix, Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Codonopsis Radix, Cinnamomi Cortex, Anisi Stellati Fructus, Coriander Seed, Seasoning ,Salt.  Preparation:  1. Boil 1.5 litre (3 bowls) of water. 2. Add chicken or meat with a pack of Uncle Sun Oriental Spices Soup Mix (Singapore Style. (do not open the Herbs Powder Mix filter bag) 3. Simmer approximately 30 minutes until the meat is tender. Storage condition: Store in refrigerator. Shelf life: 2 years
