COOKING METHOD / CARA MEMASAK: 1) Boil the 2 filter bags (do not open bags), herbs and garlic in water for 30 minutes. Masukan 2 bag penapis (jangan buka bungkusan), herba dan bawang putih ke dalam air mendidih selama 30 minit. 2) Add meat cover and simmer over medium flame for 1.5 hours. Masukkan daging, tutup dan laraskan api kepada sederhana dan reneh selama 1.5 jam. 3) Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt to taste Masukkan kicap pekat, sos tiram dan garam untuk perasa.
