The hotel is conveniently located just 4 mins away from the nearest metro station and within the Liwan District, offering cheaper rates as compared to staying in the centre of Liwan. Relatively quiet area, with fast food eateries like KFC and Domino's nearby. The service was great - receptionists were efficient and kind to give us a free upgrade on the rooms. They were also helpful with making reservations on our behalf. The amenities and rooms were great as well. Pillows, bed, toiletries, slippers - all good quality. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. We also got a free 1x supper on the 7th floor. Overall, a very satisfying and comfortable stay.

Location gets a poor rating from me because it's quite nosiy from the trains that go by every few minutes. Also, the neraby restaurants selection is poor. It is also close to a major bus terminal with a lot of transient, out-of town people hanging around the neighborhood. Breakfast is not very good, with limited selection of food and drink. Food quality is also a bit low. A card displayed prominently on the night table advising people not to take ***** is a bit scary, suggesting the hotel is frequented by **** *******.

Young, enthusiasm, friendly helpful, good guidance to travel around,
Hotel room is spacious n clean! Tv can connect to phone decide for own entertainment, Even provide laundry service.
Location 5min walk to mrt & nearby have famous Urumqi bbq lamb, & have 5star reflexology nearby

Staff here are young cheerful, great services. Went extra efforts to provide extra support to us. 1 of the staff even went out when she saw we go to the wrong bus stop, she bring us to the correct locations. One of the night, we came back raining, the reception staff came with tissues for us to dry our wet clothings & even make ginger tea to our rooms.
