It's a really good experience for a night, the food here is so delicious for breakfast. The services are also good, and the facility that is provided is also good. Had an excellent ambience during my stay. Even tho the road to go here or to access still OK progress and really small to be used for 2 cars. Especially like SUV/MPV really tight and close to each other. Overall good scenery and view

We stayed at the Amarylis Suite for 2 nights during Christmas Holiday. The resort has a beautiful garden and mountain view surrounding the place. The Suite was below our expectation, not of the best suite rooms that we stayed. There is only 1 restaurant with not much varieties of menu. They need to upgrade the menu and add more activities at the Resort, considering that the resort's location is isolated from restaurants and everything. The service given by the staffs was average, need to enhance their customer oriented attitude to be called as a "luxury boutique resort". We loved the music room and the grand piano that we can played, however it needs a piano tuning as the sound quality wasn't good.

The first impression to stay here is quite satisfying, the service is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is also delicious. Only yesterday I chose the wrong room with twin beds😂 because I was in a hurry to check out. The rest is satisfactory. Thanks you~

The best hotel di Puncak kalau menurut saya, pelayanannya ramah dan sigap banget. Kemaren saya ulang tahun dan mendadak minta dihias ucapan ulang tahun di tempat tidur dengan sigap dalam 15 menit sudah siap, makanan juga enak banget, udara dan view nya bener-bener the best deh ☺😍🥰

Pengalaman pertama menginap di Amaryllis Resort di Hari lebaran ke 2 suasananya cukup tenang untuk refreshing kamar oke tapi saya amat sangat kecewa dengan b'fast nya karena menunya yang minim sekali cuma ada nasi lauknya sapi lada hitam capcay dan ikan asam manis, dimsumnya disajikan dalam keadaan dingin dan keras 😫😫, mau sosis tapi diambilin kaget dengan porsi yang disediakan dong cuma 2 sosis aja, minta kopi latte mesti bayar lagi, snacknya cuma ada 1 jenis kue doang boro² mau menu western jangan berharap. Bener² ngga masuk di akal dengan harga kamar 3,2 juta b'fastnya cuma itu ajah itupun saya dateng udah tinggal sedikit semua setelah saya complen baru ditambahin.

Overall the stay was decent, the view, the room, and the amenities and other stuff regard to the facilities. But three points that made us dissapointed was. 1. The way of the staff (reception staff) remind us about the extra bed. They were charged us about extra bed while we were enjoying our lunch at their restaurant which there ' s so much time to ask us to do so (by phone at the room or whatsoever). 2. The staff was informed us of the wrong information about the price, which he first inform us during our lunch that the price was 800 thousand rupiahs while later during payment they charged us 1 million rupiah +. After knowing that the price was different I suddenly ask them why the told us a different info about the price and they were answered that the price wasn't including the tax or whatsoever, which in my experience with 5 star hotel they always inform us the price after the tax. 3. When they asked regarding extra bed which we were agreed at the time, he told us that the extra bed is going to prepare and after we paid the amount that we supposed to pay, he also tell us that the bed will prepare by them immediately. Then by the time we arrive at the room, the bed isn't ready yet. I disappoint with this kind of treatment, which at the another hotel at this price that we paid I believe I will not treated like this.
