Was here for staycation with my hubby. We stayed for 3d2n at The premiere room, it wasn't spacious but we love the view from our room. Bathroom amenities was so lovely since they gave sensatia botanica as a body care. You must try soaking with a view in rooftop jacuzzi. Their breakfast was tasty but lack of variety. Overall Our experience was enjoyable.

The Hotel Staffs were very friendly & nice, the room was clean even there are many spot on our bed sheet. Breakfast also good but we prefer the taste & variety of food @ Pesona Alam. We also prefer the facilities, view & ambience @ Pesona Alam. We got voucher discount from the Hotel for enter The Taman Safari Indonesia.

Friendly staff, warm atmosphere, check in/out process super fast, room is very clean, food was great, the only down side perhaps is path from parking lot to front desk is open air and during my stay it always rain so it 's kind of difficult to move without being drenched by water.

We are choosinv to spend our first Ramadhan day in hotel, and for the first time we experiencing very bad sahoor menu. It is so bad that I can't explain how disapointed I am, either they are not Ramadhan friendly or they don't expect people will not have sahoor in there. However, luckly that I took ramadhan package. They gave us breakfasting meals and it was amazing, its soo good and totaly different with sahoor meals.
