Best new hotel so far in Kuta Mandalika. Room was spacious with huge bathroom. The private beach was clean, but unfortunately when its low tide time we can't play on the beach there is so many stones and coral. If you want to play in a nice beach just drive for 15 minutes from the hotel to Pantai Aan. The food choice for breakfast was just nice.

A hotel with an extraordinary view. Breakfast has many variations. The rooms are spacious and most importantly the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It's greatfull to stay in this hotel.

Super enjoy staying at Pullman, with children and family. There are various activities for children every day. So happy! Even the service from all the staff is super friendly and super helpful, thank you! For birthday decorations that are really intentional, thank you very much. Will definitely come back for another staycation here. Suggestion: paths/roads/access for baby strollers can be added so it can be even easier, you don't have to carry the baby stroller if there are several stairs. But overall really okay! Super happy staycation here🫶🏻🙏🏻

A top notch hotel, istimewa! Fasilitas kamar sangat memuaskan, luas bersih dan sangat lengkap. Ditambah dengan landscape bangunan hotel beserta pantai di belakangnya saat siang hari sangat indah. A pool is definitely awesome! The best hotel in Lombok.

Alhamdulillah salah satu hotel terbaik di Lombok. Staff yang ramah, view yang amazing, kamar yang bersih luas elegant lengkap dengan amenities nya. Meski tergolong sangat baru tapi breakfast nya luar biasa dengan restaurant yang luas dan staff nya yang sigap. Insha Allah kembali lagi kesini saat liburan ke Lombok next time ❤️
