Horrible app. I've been trying to log into the app for over a week now only to be shown a connectivity issue warning regardless of how stable and fast my internet connection is. I can't pay my bills and am put in an awkward position because of that. Please fix this awful app instead of posting the same unhelpful and embarrassing replies of contacting customer service who is just as useless and frustrating as the app. I wish I could give it a minus 5 star rating because that's what it deserves.

OTP issues solved. had to go to the bank to sort it out. need to think twice before applying loan via app. the amount will be AUTOMATICALLY credited to your bank account and most likely far lower from what you applied WITHOUT Customer signature / agreement....the value is decided by the bank analyst....in short, once you apply, you need to pay it, even if don't agree with the number, term, or any reason whatsoever... it's dissapointing really and felt like scam.

People complaining about stuck screen since last year and its still happening now, my network is ok with all of my apps in my phone except this one. What's the point of having a mobile banking app if you can't even open it. Notes : uninstall & install again for so many time, since last year.
