Jinjiang Inn Ortigas

My stay was great! The staff were kind, and the location is excellent since it's just a short walk to malls and restaurants. The view wasn't impressive, though, and they don't have a pool. While the building might look and feel old, it wasn't a bothersome at all—I still had a wonderful stay!

Staff were polite and accommodating, especially when I requested a room change (though none were available). 3. The à la carte breakfast provided on the first day was generous and filling. Areas for Improvement: 1. Misleading Room Description: The listing advertised a city view, but my room’s window only faced the back and wall of the adjacent building. This felt misleading and detracted from the experience. 2. Towel Quality: The towels provided on the first day were worn out and should no longer be in use. I have photos to substantiate this observation. 3. Maintenance: The room was clean but showed signs of wear and tear (e.g., cabinet doors needing repair), indicating a lack of upkeep. 4. Breakfast Expectations: I specifically booked this hotel because of the advertised buffet breakfast. However, on the first day, no buffet was served due to low guest turnout, and only à la carte was available. While the meal was generous, it wasn’t what I expected, especially during the New Year holiday when many travelers would hope for the full experience. 5. Ventilation: The room felt suffocating without a proper view or natural light. Overall: While the location is convenient and staff were courteous, the lack of proper maintenance, misleading room description, and the absence of the advertised buffet breakfast on the first day were disappointing. These issues need attention to align with what guests are promised when booking. Rating: 3/5

You can expect smooth check-in and check-out processes, and many locations have a front desk available 24/7, so any issues or questions can be handled promptly. Housekeeping services are generally daily, keeping rooms neat and well-maintained. 2. Rooms and Facilities: Room is clean, simple, and well-designed, focusing on functionality. They include essentials like a comfortable bed, a desk, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV. Bathrooms are compact but clean, with basic amenities like soap and towels, although some guests bring their own toiletries. 3. Location and Convenience: Jinjiang Inn is located in accessible areas, often near public transportation, shopping areas, or business districts, making it convenient for sightseeing or commuting. Overall, Jinjiang Inn offers practical, no-frills accommodation ideal for travelers looking for a simple, reliable place to stay without luxury amenities but with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I like a lot of things in this hotel. 1) The front office associates. They were very accommodating and quick to reply to my inquiries. 2) The location is very near SM Megamall, the venue of the event I attended. 3) The staff was very friendly. They always greet the guests whenever they see us. They were also helpful in carrying my luggage, opening the front door, and even letting us go in first in the elevator, even if they were the ones who pressed it and were about to go in. 4) Check-in and check-out were very smooth. My friend checked in on my behalf, and she said they didn’t ask any questions; they just asked for her ID and signed a paper. (I already informed the staff about this, but the point was that they really accommodated my friend and they really noted it.) 5) They filled up the amenities even though we hadn’t finished them yet, and the room was clean. Thank you so much for the accommodation, Jinjiang Inn!!! We will go back here. 🥰🥰🥰

My 2nd time in this hotel and will surely comeback again. Just a walk away from shangrila plaza and sm megamall. Beside richmonde hotel. There’s a nuat tgai massage and 7/11 nearby. Perfect location and i believe the most affordable hotel in the area if you book at trip.com
