I received my order a week ago. Here’s my reaction:
1. Prompt delivery
2. Packaging - the order was well packed with insulation on the 2 bottles i ordered.
3. Contents - Once i removed the bubble wrap, i noticed the following:
Adidas Arena Edition - the box has its plastic seal
Adidas Dynamic Pulse - the box had 2 holes on its side & when i opened the box and tried its contents, there was no scent of any fragrance. I reported this to your messenger account and somebody replied but when i messaged again, nobody replied. I sent pictures of the box. I’ve been using this fragrance for the past year or so and am thoroughly familiar with its scent. The one delivered to me has no scent at all. I expect a refund or replacement for this item.
