1. How many day's would my order be process?

Answer: Upon successful order your item will be process within 24 hours and once done it will be ready to be pick up.

2. How many day's would it take to delivered on my location?

Answer: If within Metro Manila it will be 4-7 days Estimated date and 4-10 days if outside NCR.

Note: The time and date will depend on your courier route but you can update this on shopee customer service.

3. How many days would it take for item to be restock?

Answer: No estimated date but you can add it to your "Favorite" or "Wishlist" so that if we have stock you will be notify by shopee system.

4. Can i cancel my order or add/change my order?

Answer: Yes you can cancel your order within 24 hours upon purchasing, and if you want to add/change item same process cancel it before 24 hours upon purchasing then re-order because once we process your order we are not able to cancel it anymore due to Shopee Policy.

5. What if i purchased the wrong item can i still replace it?

Answer: No because compatibility issue is not sellers responsibility but there is a exemption for this if we give you a false information or false advertisement we can process this and may give you some freebies or discount for the inconvenience that we cause.

6. What if my item is defective, damage or some of my orders are missing?

Answer: First thing to do is take a picture of receipt and the item. If the item was damage please report this as soon as possible so that we can conduct investigation and resolve this as soon as possible. And if the item is defective please provide the necessary evidence and place a "Return and Refund" so that we can process this. And lastly if some of your item is missing we will check this first on our Operation CCTV's before doing a action and send to you the missing once check and take note no "Shipping Fee" shall be collected.

Note: We highly suggest to take a picture of the parcel before unboxing it and please do not "Confirm Received" if you still not sure.
