Spa Services Instruction

• In order to enhance COVID-19 prevention, MASON Spa will only be providing In-Villa Service with only lower body treatments to be available. MASON Spa will be waiving the In-Villa Service charge of THB1,000++ per 1 treatment.
• In the event the COVID-19 situation alleviates, normal service as MASON Spa will be resumed along with the In-Villa Service charge of THB1,000++ per 1 treatment.
• In the even the COVID-19 situation intensifies and a government suspension on spa services is imposed, a Spa Credit line will be provided valid until 31 October, 2021.
• Unused Spa Credit cannot be rolled over past the expiration date.

• ในกรณีที่สถานการณ์เพิ่มการป้องกันเป็นพื้นที่เสี่ยงและมีสั่งให้งดการให้บริการสปา จากรัฐบาลเท่านั้น ท่านสามารถเก็บ Spa Credit ได้จนถึง 31 ตุลาคม 2564
• ในกรณีที่ใช้มูลค่าใน Spa Credit ไม่หมด ท่านไม่สามารถเก็บเครดิตที่เหลือไว้ใช้บริการในครั้งถัดไปได้
