It is made from freshly picked, cracked, washed and extracted daily from mature brown coconuts. Only selected species provide the strong and sweet coconut aroma. It is suggested using coconut cream on savoury and sweet food, to achieve delightful coconut fragrance like nasi lemak, curries or pastries and cake.
Usage
How is M&S Coconut Cream produced?
M&S Coconut Cream is sterilized through Ultra High Temperature (UHT) process which eliminates all harmful microorganism while retaining its rich flavour & nutritional values. It is then aseptically packed and ultrasonically sealed to retain its freshness within its shelf life without using preservatives.
Usage
Use in all types of curry dishes, coconut rice, desserts, cakes, cookies and any recipes using coconut cream.
Storage
Sore in cool dry place under room temperature.
Method
Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 days.
