Perfectly smooth and velvety with a sweet, delicate flavour, our round tomatoes are peeled and passed through a fine sieve to produce a creamy Passata that will enhance the taste of your dishes. This versatile product is ideal for creating sauces and dishes which require a longer cooking time - such as meatballs – as well as being added to flavour to any pasta, rice or fish dish. As our Passata contains no preservatives, store in the refrigerator at 3°-5° after opening and consume within 3 days.
