Remove the protection cap, shake the bottle and pump the spray a few times until a fine mist comes out. 3. Instruct your child to sit up with his/her head tilted slightly forward and to breathe out slowly. 4. Close one nostril and gently insert the nozzle into the other. 5. Gently squeeze the pump as your child breathes in. Repeat 2 to 3 times. 6. Repeat steps (1) to (6) for the other nostril.
